Shipping
How long is the shipping time?
It depends on where your location is - please allow up to 7 weekdays for your package to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping costs vary on your location and size of the parcel and will be calculated during checkout.
Austria: 4,95€
Eurozone: 9,90€
Before accepting your delivery please make sure that the parcel is not damaged and no item was removed.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Eurozone-wide.
Returns
How do I return something?
You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.
If you want to return your product, please send an email to hello@swivelbird.com stating name, email address and / or telephone number, as well as stating that you want to return the item/s.
In the case of a defective product we will refund the purchase price and take over the return costs, in all other cases the customer has to pay the return costs. If you have received a defective product, please contact hello@swivelbird.com.
When and how will I get my money back after a return?
After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the product price. Unfortunately we can not refund the costs for the shipping. We can only refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.
